Applied Nanolayers (ANL) is the leading graphene and 2D materials foundry.
ANL has developed its own foundry production platform for integrating high quality graphene and other 2D materials onto standard semiconductors at the BEOL for wafer scale (200mm). This, combined with a proprietary wafer to wafer transfer technique allows ANL to integrate the advanced 2D materials it produces with regular semiconductor production processes in a fully automated environment. ANL is uniquely positioned to reliably supply volume applications based on graphene such as Hall sensors, optical modulators, thin membranes and EUV pellicles.
