M.A.L. Environmental Technologies is a leading supplier for reduction of industrial NOx emissions. We have developed a more efficient SNCR system called “ANCR©” = Adaptive None Catalytic Reduction system for NOx reduction.
That system works on a none-catalytic basis similar to the SNCR technology, using a 3D real time CFD temperature monitoring system for flue gases temperature measuring and flexible, motorized (rotating, tilting) reagent injection lances, which are controlled online for a DENOx reduction efficiency up to 75%.
The innovative ANCR© system was developed in order to optimize existing SNCR installations or for new installation in industrial applications such as coal fired boilers in power plants, CFB boilers and waste to energy boilers.
