Consortium Management Group, Inc. (CMG) manages three Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) consortia – Consortium for Energy, Environment and Demilitarization (CEED); Consortium for Command, Control and Communications in Cyberspace (C5); and Naval Aviation Systems Consortium (NASC), and administers their four OTAs, including one with the Marine Corps Systems Command. Together, the consortia comprise nearly 1,900 leading companies and academic institutions to provide broad reach, robust competition and a comprehensive range of technologies to meet the urgent needs of the Warfighter. To date, CMG has facilitated $2Billion in project awards on behalf of the Government for its consortia members.
