Ostoform was born out of a need to improve skin health for the many people living with a stoma who have to regularly cope with appliance leaks and the discomfort of damaged peristomal skin.
It is well understood that one of the main reasons for damaged peristomal skin is poor flow of stoma output.This results in the stoma output contacting the abdomen and causing irritation, redness and discomfort. Our aim at Ostoform is to develop solutions to this enduring problem.
Based in Dublin, Ireland, our enthusiastic team of experienced designers and material experts have taken an original and fresh approach to solving this issue. Following several unsuccessful prototypes we can now proudly introduce the new and innovative Ostoform Moldable Seal with FLOWASSISTTM Protection.
