Track 2: Building the CEMA Force for Unified Land Operations, Session 3: "Lessons Learned"

The Cyber Center of Excellence has been observing and analyzing the integration of Cyberspace and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) in unified land operations at echelons corps and below. The majority of these observations come from the Army’s National Training Center and Joint Readiness Training Center. Units at these training centers have been participating in CEMA Support to Corps and Below (CSCB) training that tests the ability of Army tactical units to integrate cyberspace operations and electronic warfare into unified land operations. The Lessons Learned and Best Practices Branch analysts will share their insights from several years of observations. The analysts will address challenges and successes and solicit recommendations and solutions from government, academia, and industry for this topic and others, including overcoming the challenges that battalion and brigade S6s face and improving the maintenance of signal equipment.
