The federal “Uniform Guidance” is found in 2 CFR Chapters 1 and II is applicable to most state and local government procurements that directly spend federal funds. This presentation will discuss the regulations set forth in 2 C.F.R. SS 200.317 through 200.326 and strategies and examples local governments can use for compliance.
