                        Professionalism is one of NIGP’s Guiding Principles and Values. However, there are a limited number of resources available that specifically discuss professionalism in public procurement. This session will explore different ways to incorporate the element of professionalism to a procurement environment, and review a case study where introducing professionalism into staff development plans in a public procurement environment, positively impacted the outcomes of the procurements process.
