Risk Evaluation: The Proactive Approach to Event Security (Room MPCC - North Building - Level 2 - N229)

By taking the time to formally determine the risk level of our events, we provide our teams with the opportunity to mitigate a variety of scenarios.  From the front line security staff to our chief executives, we must share clear, concise information with each level of team member so they are fully prepared to execute their role when called upon.  The goal of this panel will be to provide insight into the development of proper risk evaluation, to include effective client communication, situational awareness related to the event genre, access control for the event and daily operations, and the repercussions of not developing a risk evaluation.
