This session will explore the importance of actively promoting your café’s mission, vision and reason for being outside your cafe. It may be obvious for some, well-hidden for others. An interactive exercise will allow participants to craft or refine the ‘why’ statement (for both café and individual) with tools to then fine tune the message and identify means by which it can be communicated to target audiences. Participants will leave with a better understanding of their target markets, identify key differentiators in their offering, and bring into focus why this matters to their constituents.
