This interactive presentation includes an overview of what takes place in an assessment center and expectations of the assessors. Grading criteria is discussed. Attendees will participate in the typical exercises--the emergency simulator (tactical), subordinate counseling (role play), and the in-basket—included in an assessment center. Attendees will leave the presentation with the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for success in the assessment center process.
