Millennials are leading all other generations in buying homes (hooray!), bringing with them an expectation for over-the-top amenities they’ve become accustomed to while living in lifestyle-focused rental complexes (oh...). It’s time for builders to explore new ways to differentiate their communities by meeting the wants and desires of this massive demographic—i.e., not golf courses and water parks.
