The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued significant orders last year on utility pole attachments. These rules will put an even greater burden on utilities as telecommunications providers seek to deploy new devices throughout the country. In this session, panelists will review the orders and discuss the many ways they will change how your utility does pole attachments. Additionally, this session will provide interpretation and information on various challenges to the orders, along with where the landscape currently stands.
