No one tells you about the tough parts of purchasing – when customers aren’t happy, with difficult situations to handle. Whether it is negotiating a tough contract, providing a debrief, handling a protest, or managing conflict among your customer department and suppliers, discover the right steps and techniques to mitigate conflict.  Most of the time, our contract processes run smoothly, but this session will help you be better prepared when they don’t.  Through hands-on exercises, you and your peers will unveil ways to handle and respond to those difficult parts of our job.
