When faced with the issue of terminating a contract we need to define the problem, determine if it's curable or not, and if not, follow policies and procedures to help guide us through the process. To assist in that process, a contract termination checklist will be reviewed and contract termination scenarios will be discussed. To help ensure that we are better prepared to address future possible contract terminations, termination clauses, termination policies and procedures, checklist, standardized forms, documentation requirements, and consultation requirements will be discussed.
