Many healthcare organizations use labor benchmarking to measure efficient staffing. But what do you do when your team is not meeting the goal? This session explores practical actions that the Geisinger Radiology Service Line team took to understand their worked-hour statistics and make adjustments to staffing, scheduling and slots as required to meet the goal. The session also will explore how to turn the corner with labor benchmarking so that it is a useful management tool.
