Explore the benefits of voice control and AI in today’s dynamic classrooms, including freeing faculty from the traditional podium and increasing accessibility to individuals with varying degrees of ability such as mobility limitations, motor function and/or vision impairment. With voice-controlled classroom technology, instructors and students with these and other types of conditions can operate the equipment in the room as easily as those without limiting conditions. The session will end with a live interactive demonstration of how Amazon’s Alexa can perform classroom technology commands at the request of faculty and students.
