Net-zero energy (NZE) buildings are gaining interest from building owners, tenants, and landlords alike. But can existing buildings achieve net zero over time (ZOT)? Absolutely. In this session, audience members will learn about a financially viable path to achieve NZE in their buildings – both with new construction and existing buildings.
