Food Tech + Plant Power: How to Use the Newest Innovations to Add Fresh Concepts To Any Menu (Room Education Hub - Booth 405)

In this presentation we will use three innovative tools to create three unique plant-based dishes. During the demonstration we will explain each technology and share multiple ideas for creating other dishes using the same technologies. With each demonstration we will also be using trending ingredients for new plant based menu items that are 100% farm fresh. We will discuss briefly how to organize your food ordering to include these items and where you can use them across traditional menus to enhance other dishes.
