Medicinal and Adult Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA), establishes a uniform licensing regime for both medical and adult-use cannabis effective Jan 1, 2018. MAUCRSA requires operators to maintain compliance with the State’s labor standards in order to avoid licensing issues. The panel will include several State regulators in charge of that compliance, they will share the dos and don’ts for navigating the many rules the industry will have to operate under.
