Ms. Arribere coordinated the rollout and full implementation of a global ergonomics program spanning 58 countries and encompassing 33,000 employees. She will take you from the starting point of designing the program — including creation of a state-of-the-art ergonomics demonstration center, development of an online training tool through a learning management system and establishment of a master database for help ticket assignment. You’ll also learn how she located and trained ergonomics consultants and coordinated vendor selection in other countries and how she integrated Enviance EHS software at all levels of the decision-making process.
