Tracks: Office Ergonomics
In 2017, the UCLA Ergonomics Program integrated with Disability Management to provide a more seamless return-to-work and accommodation process for workers with injuries or disabilities. Ms. Burt and Mr. Ozamoto will identify the skills the ergonomics team developed in order to be a proactive component of the disability management process. You'll learn how addressing immediate ergonomic issues can avoid the exacerbation of symptoms, reduce loss-time claims and enhance the return-to-work process.
