We all strive to be effective managers, ensuring our productions are flowing smoothly and that our staff is properly hired, trained, and performing their roles. But, do we all strive to be leaders? A leader should remind their staff and coworkers why they come to haunt, why they should be haunting to the best of their ability, and most importantly, a leader should inspire them to do better.
