It’s the end of another fiscal year, and the boss needs the year-end stats to send to the powers that be. Big organizations have someone to take the raw data and put it into a glossy year-end report. But what about those of us who work for small venues? It usually falls to the ticket office to come up with something since we’re the ones with access to most, if not all, the data. But what do we really need to include, and what’s just information for information’s sake?
