Elaine Hensley is the chief liaison for the Competitive Bid Implementation Contractor. Elaine demonstrates the ability to partner effectively with CMS, state and national DMEPOS supplier associations, provider groups, beneficiary advocates, and Medicare beneficiaries. This is based on her 29 years of health care billing and reimbursement experience, 27 of those years specific to DMEPOS, and 20 years developing and executing provider education on Medicare program policies and procedures.
