Lucy Ketner is the Director of Compliance & Government Affairs for Prism Medical Products. For greater than 16 years, Lucy has worked in the DMEPOS industry with a national focus on surgical dressings, ostomy, and urology supplies. Lucy has experience in regulatory requirements, including health plan enrollment, accreditation, coverage, payment, medical review, medical and business licensing, etc. Lucy’s current role involves the oversight of PRISM’s Compliance and Government Affairs team, Quality Assurance team, Compliance Committee, etc. Additionally, Lucy acts as a PRISM liaison, working with several regional and national associations and councils, extending PRISM’s relationships with various state and federal government contacts for purposes of regulatory compliance and other advocacy and educational opportunities.
