Joshua Skora is a health care regulatory attorney with K&L Gates. His practice focuses on representation of home medical equipment suppliers, pharmacies, medical device manufacturers, home infusion therapy providers, home health agencies, and other health care providers. He counsels clients on complex compliance, regulatory, and corporate issues, including fraud and abuse, audits and appeals, regulatory due diligence for transactions, compliance, reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, and investigations by federal and state governmental agencies. Josh also advises clients on health care litigation matters. His health care litigation experience includes matters involving the Department of Justice, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and Administrative Law Judges/Departmental Appeals Board. He defends clients against federal and state False Claims Act qui tam lawsuits.
