Bonnie's senior leadership experience and reputation as a visionary leader since 2002 can be demonstrated by a proven record of accomplishments in the medical equipment/supply and healthcare services industries. In her current role at McKesson Medical-Surgical, Bonnie is the director of product management where she oversees the development and management of products designed to drive efficiencies for HME providers and other post-acute segments. Prior to her role at McKesson, Bonnie served as the Director of Strategic Solutions with Medical Specialties Distributors, Vice President with Miller's Home Medical Equipment/Services, Executive Director with CareTenders, and Senior VP with Advocare/Vocare Health Services. Throughout her career, she has achieved success by adapting quickly to new business environments, working collaboratively with senior/executive management, developing and implementing training programs, integrating sales teams from new acquisitions, launching new medical devices/services, turning around underperforming operations, creating/executing strategies for driving revenue growth, and preparing companies for aggressive expansion phases.
