In the last five years, Kerrigan and her team have sold 115 dealerships, including seven of the Top 150 dealership groups, representing over $2 billion in client sale proceeds for blue sky and real estate. Beyond sell-side advisory services, Kerrigan's company provides capital-raising and strategic consulting services to growing dealership groups. She also writes the buy-sell and franchise valuation publication The Blue Sky Report.
