Jennifer Suzuki is the founder and president of eDealer Solutions Inc., an education and activity-based training company focused on improving the dealership sales and management process. Her 24 years of experience include in-dealership sales trainer; NADA Academy guest instructor; seven-time NADA Show speaker; OEM, state association and 20 Group speaker; and Northwood University graduate. Suzuki’s company helps develop up-to-date phone skills that convert online leads and phone calls to vehicle purchases.
