In his former life as a franchised dealer, NADA Academy Associate Director Michael Hayes supported a team that led its market in sales penetration. He was also honored by TIME magazine, was president of the Vermont Automobile Dealers Association and served on the NADA board of directors. In addition, Hayes has been vice president of dealer development with an electric vehicle start-up and COO of the National Auto Auction Association.
