Randy Henrick, an auto dealer compliance and consumer credit attorney and consultant, works for Mosaic Compliance Services, one of the nation’s leading auto dealer compliance specialists. Henrick has more than 30 years of experience in consumer credit and compliance, 12 of them at his previous employer, Dealertrack Inc., where, as its regulatory and compliance attorney, he authored all of Dealertrack’s compliance guides and was the thought leader for its compliance product.
