Emily is the leader of the Business Development and Customer Service Teams at Dillanos Coffee Roasters. Having worked in coffee for over 10 years, she has a plethora of experience running and managing coffee shops of varying sizes, as well as teams of different sizes. At Dillanos she is able to combine her skill for leadership with her passion for helping people with the things that make the coffee industry fun- customer service, project management, training, tasting, inventory, and everything else.
