Matthew Irish, Director of Coffee & Head Roaster at Toddy, LLC, has been heavily involved on the experimental side of cold brew from roasting and cupping, to brewing, kegging, and hands-on trials for clients and industry. He is an Authorized SCA Trainer, a PCQI, and a member of the Coffee Roaster’s Guild. He has lectured at CoffeeFest, SCA Expo, and served as Station Instructor at the Coffee Roaster’s Guild. He is passionate about the art and science of cold brewing and is active in developing quality cold brew education for the coffee industry.
