Devon Powers is the Customer Service Manager at Toddy, a company at the forefront of cold brewing since 1964. Devon spends much of his time talking to coffee enthusiasts and fielding questions on the front lines of the cold brew industry. He loves to listen to individual questions and challenges and provide feedback and solutions. Being closely connected to Toddy's customers and distributors, he also helps Toddy spot industry trends and needs, creating a feedback loop for innovation and research topics.
