Kendra started her coffee career in 2013 as a barista and quickly earned her way into a management roll. She has been a vital part of the national sales team at Dillanos Coffee Roasters for 4 years. Kendra works with startup coffee businesses to help guide owners and managers in many areas, including choosing locations, café/dt layout to fully operating successful coffee businesses. She also combines her passion for coffee and customer service to help customers currently in business to strive to achieve goals to increase their business revenue, put together training programs and menu and drink development.
