Since 2012, Adam Carpenter has been on a mission to "Make Life Better" by building community and providing a playground for amazing coffee. At the time, Central China didn't have amazing coffee, so he founded Roasters of Central China (ROCC) with one roastery and two Coffee Discovery Bars in Wuhan. Concurrently he became a fully Authorized Specialty Coffee Association Trainer in all five modules of the SCAE: Green Coffee, Roasting, Sensory Skills, Brewing and Barista Skills. He is now the Creative Director and Lead AST at HowToCoffeePro organizing coffee training online and offline for learners around the world.
