Niki Tolch is a quiet human that likes to observe more than she likes to talk. You may be able to get her rambling if you manage to land on a topic she’s thought way too much about. Or if you get her drunk, which is not recommended or she may not stop talking. Niki has enjoyed working in a diverse range of roles and industries that have taught her a lot about people. She’s been thee director of marketing and events at Harley-Davidson; managed the logistics of a $6 billion web project for nonprofits; run human resources at a nonprofit giving legal aid to domestic abuse victims; taught young Girl Scouts to foster the leadership abilities that are inherent in all of us; lived with about 50 different people in the past few years; and worked with 10 coffee shops in 3 cities. If nothing else, meeting so many people in different roles and demographics has taught her at least one thing—they could all use a good cup of coffee.
