John’s a native of the sunshine state; born and raised in Dunedin, Florida. He’s had a passion for the hospitality industry since a young age and has worked in every facet of a restaurant and hotel operation- from server to General Manager. He currently serves as the NE Regional Manager with the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association in Jacksonville Florida. His speaking experience includes countless restaurant, hotel and state agency training seminars on communications, problem solving, food safety, alcohol compliance and customer service.
