Scott Blazek serves as Executive Vice President, Nevada for Breakthru Beverage Group. In this role, Scott is responsible for leading all aspects of Breakthru Beverage Nevada’s business operations including strategic direction, talent development and overall performance.

Prior to joining Breakthru he served at the Senior Vice President of Sales for Heineken USA. Prior to Heineken, Scott spent 10 years at Diageo, gaining a wide array of experiences with increasing responsibilities across all three portfolios, including beer, wine and spirits.

Scott’s career has been defined by his ability to create strategic partnerships at the supplier and account level, his ‘culture first’ approach as well as his aptitude for building high-performing teams that are able to continuously deliver flawless execution.

Scott serves as a board member with the Las Vegas Business Academy and the Darren Waller Foundation.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Communications from the Northern Illinois University and he attended the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University.
