Born and raised on Long Island, New York-Chris Carraher attended Johnson & Wales University Rhode Island pursuing a bachelor's degree in hotel management. During his four years of school, he also worked full time for Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Boston, Massachusetts. Joining the opening team of the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel as a room service server, Chris worked a variety of restaurant and hotel positions. His leadership career progressed to Bar Manager of Marriott Copley Place where he was responsible for the beverage program of one of the highest grossing sports bars in Boston. Chris then joined Caesars Entertainment in 2016 and has worked at three of their iconic Las Vegas properties. Currently leading the F&B program at Caesars Palace Las Vegas as the Director of Food & Beverage. When not developing new celebrity restaurant concepts or curating menus across the Las Vegas bars and lounges, Chris enjoys playing golf with his wife and spending time in the backyard with his two small children.
