Andrew Chun is the managing partner behind San Francisco’s Sidecar Hospitality group, which includes Press Club, Schroeder’s Restaurant, Pacific Cocktail Haven and Kona’s Street Market. Andrew is a lifelong entrepreneur. Whether it was founding a women’s designer t-shirt company or creating the platform for Press Club, Andrew has consistently found joy in driving new ideas forward. Strategic lessons learned at Bain & Company combined with financial knowledge gained at Bain Capital helps Andrew frame restaurant value propositions to investors and consumers alike, while driving the business to succeed. Following the success of Press Club, Andrew raised capital to renovate and relaunch the FiDi institution, Schroeder’s Restaurant, which has been in business for over 125 years. In 2016, Andrew partnered with Kevin Diedrich, a maven in the San Francisco craft cocktail scene, to launch the highly acclaimed Pacific Cocktail Haven. Their most recent venture is the newly opened cocktail spot, Kona’s Street Market in San Francisco. Andrew received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and has a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Andrew is also a board member of the Golden Gate Restaurant Association.
