Sarah Engstrand brings years of international experience to the role of Editorial & Content Director of Bar & Restaurant, creating content that empowers operators to run better businesses through our social media channels and online publication, www.barandrestaurant.com. Since her first job in a New York deli at 13 years old, she has dedicated her career to championing the F&B industry through her work as a writer, a publicist and a consultant. She is dedicated to making F&B a more sustainable and equitable industry for people to work in. Sarah has lived in Scotland, England and Hong Kong, but now calls Seattle home.
