With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, including opening bars in multiple countries and starting her own craft cocktail consulting and design agency (Heart & Honey). Hailey is now incredibly passionate about revolutionizing the F & B industry and seeks to create an inclusive, supportive, healthy space for all.
Hailey currently resides in her hometown of Portland, OR where she co- chairs the Portland Ben's Friends chapter. She also works in the non-alcoholic beverage industry (Athletic Brewing Co.)

In her spare time, you can find her longboarding through the city, traveling to beautiful beaches, or hunting for a great dance party.
