Harold Johnson has 29 years of FB experience, having worked in all areas of Food and Beverage since starting his career in Las Vegas with the Rio Hotel Casino in the 90’s. Mr. Johnson’s talents were quickly recognized as a trend-setting operator for the Food and Beverage Innovations of the 90’s era. Taking over F&B at the Rio Hotel and Casino, which included directing all facets of operations for food and beverage outlets, including catering and banquet facilities, serving over 20,000 customers per day. Harold Johnson and team built a food and beverage program that grew revenue income from 7 million annually to over 65 million by 1994, causing customer covers to grow from 255,000 to over 7,000,000 annually during the same time period. Mr. Johnson drove and guided the operations of the resort into becoming the premier venue in Las Vegas for both locals and tourists by providing innovations, consistency, and value for our guests. When lounges began to fade away and nightclubs flourished, Mr. Johnson then returned to his passion of the Bar Business, creating large revenues after midnight in Casinos. This quickly grew the attention of the Strips Casino Execs. Mr. Johnson conceived, designed, built and operated the model in which Las Vegas Mega Clubs used to create the Club Scene we have today: Club Rio, Beach, Studio54, Carnival Court, Chippendales), IBar, Hard Rock Hotel Remodel Center Bar, Goose Island Pub, Magic Mike, Steakhouse 35, Pink Taco Remodel and Expansion, Mr Lucky’s Remodel and Expansion, Hard Rock Oyster Bar , Consulted On West Point-Link Project Re-Vamp Caesars, Horseshoe Casino, Harrah’s Council Bluffs Consultant- Trinity Hotels, Las Vegas and Chicago Hotels remodels .After an 8-year run with the Hard Rock Hotel brand, Mr. Johnson was recruited by Live Nation with a goal to absorb, understand and rebrand the dated Las Vegas location. In 2021 he successfully completed and opened the completely remodeled House of Blues at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
