Knowing how crucial it is for restaurants to reach the consumer and quantify their actions, he's a big believer in following the customer journey from ad click all the way to getting seated.

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, working with a churrascaria lets him apply both his business and marketing experience as well as his cultural background to what is a highlight of Brazilian cuisine, the rodizio. Like our workshop speaker Rev Ciancio, he too believes that pizza is a religion.
