As the Head of Innovation, Ben drives the continuous evolution of SpotOn’s hospitality technology platform to address the rapidly changing needs of the industry. An active member of the industry, Ben maintains a finger on the pulse of the industry by collaborating with industry leaders and SpotOn clients to consistently deliver forward-thinking solutions. Ben is recognized for his unique perspective and the ability to blend technology and people to deliver exceptional team member and customer experiences. Prior to his current role, Ben held multiple leadership positions in technology, operations, culinary, and training and development in Casual Dining, QSR, Fine Dining, and Hotels.
