Kapri Robinson is DC's 2017 Cocktail Queen and has been apart of the beverage community in DC for almost a decade now. While spending her time behind the bar at Reliable Tavern, she is also the president & founder of Chocolate City's Best (CCB). Kapri has gone on to win cocktail competitions and has been acknowledged on multiple platforms. Kapri has been welcomed onto Good Morning Washington twice as well as featured in a two-page article in the Washington Post Express. Kapri has also been welcomed onto many podcast, including All The Fly Kids, and spoken to magazines, such as Edible DC, about her dedication to growing Chocolate City's Best. As President and Engagement Ambassador, Kapri drives herself to oversee all operations of CCB. She also commits herself to connecting people of color in the food and beverage industry to opportunities for their personal and professional growth. Kapri strives to provide people with new networking, education and career related events to fuel that growth. If the opportunities are not there, Kapri pushes herself and the CCB team to create / open those doors for people of color in the industry, with the intention to infinitely expand our presence in the food and beverage industry.
