Trevor Tyler is the Vice President of Beverage for Eureka! Restaurant Group and oversees the Beverage Program for all 25 units. He is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Hospitality Management. Trevor is a Certified Cicerone®, one of roughly 3,500 in the world and a member of the Guild of Sommeliers. He has worked with multiple breweries throughout the United States to brew beer exclusively for Eureka! By leveraging distillery relationships to provide breweries with barrels to age beer in. The biggest of these collaborations was the first batch of Bottle Logic’s Fundamental Observation which is currently listed as #12 on Beer Advocate’s Top 250 beers in the world. Trevor resides in Fullerton, CA with his wife and son.
