Joshua Foulquier is the co-founder of We All Gotta Eat Hospitality, the group behind Sushi Noz, Noz Market, Noz 17, Fooq’s Miami, and Eleventh Street Pizza, among others. Fooq’s opened its doors in 2014 to critical acclaim in the Miami culinary scene. In 2018, Sushi Noz opened its doors on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and has retained a Michelin star since its first year of operations. In 2019 Sushi Noz was deemed the best Japanese restaurant in North America in the Opinionated About Dining poll, and was named by New York Magazine as the “Number One Absolute Best” sushi restaurant in New York. During the pandemic, Sushi Noz pivoted by opening Noz Market, a more casual alternative to Sushi Noz with a robust takeout and delivery operation. Sushi Noz’s sister restaurant, Noz 17, opened its doors in Chelsea in 2021. Forthcoming projects include Noz Market and Sushi Noz LA, as well as other culinary ventures in New York and beyond.
