Alexis Berggren is a venue professional with 20 years of experience spanning convention centers, theaters, arenas, and tourism. She’s led teams in both small and major markets and previously served as President & CEO of a convention and visitors bureau. Alexis now serves as General Manager of the Charlotte Convention Center, part of the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, where data is used to drive a comprehensive business-wide strategy—shaping everything from the sales process, to event execution and customer satisfaction.
